2026 Tampa Padres Capture First 17+ Rec Division Spring Championship

Central Florida Amateur Baseball League, 17+ Rec Spring Season

Tampa Padres Land on Top!

Submitted by Tom Fitzpatrick, manager

Following our fall 2025/2026 championship, we started our 2026 spring season in a little bit of a slump. We started 0-3.

But we all came together and pitched and hit extremely well to storm back into second place on the backs of an 8-game winning streak. We made it back to the championship to face off against the team that beat us in last year’s spring championship. This is our team’s first spring championship since our start-up in 2014!
