National Sharks Make it a Three Peat in North County MSBLThe Halos went Back-to-Back in their Inaugural Season in the MSBL North County San Diego 55+ Division. In their first season as a newly formed team in the MSBL North County San Diego 55 and Over Division, the Halos made an unforgettable entrance, going back-to-back champions in dominant fashion.

With the 55+ division fielding only three teams this year, the Halos reunited a group of longtime friends and former teammates. The Halos finished the spring regular season undefeated at 13-0-1, and their momentum carried straight into the championship game, where they delivered a 13–6 victory over the North County Angels to secure the title.

The team racked up 19 hits in the final with strong contributions throughout the lineup. Leading the way was Tim Knowd, whose performance earned him Championship MVP honors, along with solid performances by John Payne and Mike Hillerman.

In the Summer Season, the Halos continued into the summer season, finishing with a 7-2-1 record, placing second in the division. They opened the summer playoffs against the Angels in the semifinals, winning 12–7. Winning pitcher Mike Fortunato threw six innings, allowing only three runs and notching three strikeouts.

The summer championship game featured the Halos against the number-one seed North County Cardinals. The Halos jumped out to an early 8–2 lead, ultimately hanging on for an 8–6 victory. MVP winning pitcher Mark Maus, who had earned the save in the semifinal game, took the mound for six strong innings to secure the win. Jimmy Bittner closed out the final three innings, earning the save and sealing another championship for the Halos!
