2014 Baton Rouge Indians Take Red Stick 35+ Title in Louisiana

The Baton Rouge Indians defended their 2013 championship, after suffered through a 90 minute first inning rain delay, to rally for 15 hits and 13 runs in support of winning pitcher Kurt Faul, as the Indians beat the Baton Rouge Reds 13-5 in the Red Stick Adult Baseball League 35 and over championship. Faul went six innings giving up eight hits and three runs. Jeff Webb pitched the final three innings for the “Tribe” while picking up the save. The Indians were led at the plate by center fielder Reggie Hilliard, shortstop Khiry Allen and right fielder Don Hall, who all collected multiple hits in the contest.
