The Sacramento Reds won the 40-over central division crown in the spring league of the Sacramento MSBL with a convincing 12-2 victory over the Sacramento Orioles. We had a wonderful mixture of younger and older players, which supplied incredible team chemistry and gave us a ‘never give up’ attitude.

We had really good hitting in the playoffs and were able to defeat the top two seeds to win it all! We had excellent hitting from Jeremy Alcala, Brent Roloff, Curtis Davis and Mark Fullmer. Greg Hovde and Troy Richardson notched the playoff wins from the mound! It was especially satisfying because we had finished third in the division in league play.
