‘Pirates Celebrate Four Titles in a Row’

For the fourth year in a row, the mighty Pirates toppled the competition to take the title for the Fort Worth 25+ MSBL championship. With challenging heat in Texas during the Summer months, a myriad of injuries and hectic travel schedules, the Pirates consistently played well to finish the season at 10-2 leading into the playoffs. In Round one the Pirates held off the battling Lone Stars to head to the finals. That’s where we faced off against the Burleson Bulls, who challenged us every inning. Ultimately winning by two runs, the Pirates celebrated their conquest for what can only be called a Dynasty, having beaten three different opponents for the title in the last four seasons.
