The 2024 Miami Valley Adult Baseball League (Dayton Ohio MABL) League Championship Series was a carbon copy repeat of the of the 2023 League Championship, pitting the Dayton Wolves against the Dayton Rangers. The best of three series in 2023 resulted in a full three games, as they split the opening series.

In the opening round of this year’s playoffs, the Wolves rolled on in sweep style by getting past the Camden Redlegs and then sweeping the Springfield Angels.

The Dayton Rangers swept the Xenia Scouts, but had to go to the brink in game three with the Wild Boars, coming from behind to take the pivotal game and send the team to the Championship game.

This year the Wolves squared off again with their cross-town rivals for the second year in a row. The Dayton Wolves were able to get past the Dayton Rangers in two hard-fought games to sweep the Rangers by the scores of 8 to 6 and 8 to 3.
