2023 Williston Armadillos Cap Undefeated Season with Vermont Senior Baseball League Championship

On a perfect baseball day, at Montpelier’s equally perfect venue, Williston and Burlington squared off for the 2023 Vermont Senior Baseball League championship.  Both teams came to play, and through the first few innings, the score was close.  In the end, however, Williston proved to be the better team and victorious.

Williston’s Ken Freeman pitched a nine-inning gem while the entire Williston team displayed formidable offensive and defensive prowess throughout the game, leading to a comfortable victory for Williston.  Hats off to Burlington for a gritty performance.

Congratulations to Williston for their undefeated 2023 season and the 2023 postseason title!
