2023 Pirates Win 45+ Spring Crown with Convincing 11-3 Win Over Knights

The Utah MSBL 45+ Pirates defeated the Knights, 11-3.  Nate Jack pitched all nine innings and held the powerful Knights to only three runs to bring home the championship. Mike York went 2-3 with three runs scored and two RBI, Dave Sims went 3-4, and Mike Gray went 2-4 with three RBI to power the offense.
The Knights and Pirates split in league play, and have been big rivals the past few years. The Pirates had an amazing comeback versus the Bandits to make it to the championship game. It was a remarkable spring season!
