2022 Salty Dogs Make it an Unbelievable 11 Titles in a Row in Rhode Island MSBL 50+ Division

The Rhode Island Salty Dogs have recently won the 2022 50+ championship in the Rhode Island MSBL.  This makes the unbelievable 11th straight season they have called themselves champions!

The Dogs, behind great pitching from Jimmy Clark, Norm Dumont, Dan Fitta, and Don Culp, went 20-1. Only the Sea Dogs beat them in a playoff game 4-2.  The Salty Dogs made it through the regular season unscathed 16-0.

The ‘Big Sticks’ this season were Gary Raymond, Dan Fitta, Sean Dupre, and Mike Lunardelli.

Noah Clark’s squad(s) will be heading to the MSBL Fall Classic in November to play in the 50+, 60+, and 65+ divisions.
