‘Knights Go Back-to-Back in Utah’

The 40+ Utah Knights won the Utah Adult Baseball League championship in back-to-back seasons defeating the Bandits, 7-4.

Prior to that, we had been in the last two championship matchups but lost those games. This team was only constructed a few years ago and the advantage we have is a number of high-quality pitchers. Most teams only have 2-3 pitchers on their rosters but our approach in the championship game and throughout the season is to use our arms in smaller inning chunks to give the teams different looks.

We also have a good mix of power hitters who compliment a lot of contact hitters and that can make for some long innings. Our team has great chemistry and we really get along with each other, which is so critical to winning championships.
