2022 Bombers Hold Off Reds to Claim 38+ Spring League Championship in San Antonio MSBL

The Bombers defeated the San Antonio Reds 9-7 in the 38+ Championship game of the San Antonio MSBL Spring League on Sunday, July 10th. Starting pitcher Randy Mendoza (winning pitcher) and reliever Jerry Spencer, combined their efforts for the Victory. The 38+ Bombers jumped out to a 5-1 lead after two innings, however, the Reds came back to cut the lead to 5-4.
The Bombers put together a 4-run inning to ice the game and coast to a 9-7 victory. Travis Buaas led the offense with two hits with Eddie Calzoncit, JR Broils, Bruce Elam, and Randy Mendoza collecting clutch hits.
It was another great team effort from the 38+ San Antonio Bombers!
