‘A’s Shutout Cardinals in Championship Series Sweep’

The Marlborough A’s had another strong season in the Connecticut North MSBL, led by the pitching of Dan Livingston while also repeating their 2020 championship.  Dan pitched both games of the double-elimination championship games against the New Haven Cardinals without letting up a run.  The first game was a 3-0 shutout.

The offense for Marlborough was solid too, scoring three runs in the first game and six in the second.  Strong pitching, solid hitting, and excellent defense were the story for most of the 2021 season and the championship games were no exception. The team members are shown below:
