The East Islip Giants are the Fall 2018 League Champions in the 35+ Long Island Midweek Baseball League. Joe Lankford threw seven strong innings for the win and stuck out six against the solid veteran Huntington Yankees.

Newcomer Pete Barylski closed it out, capping an outstanding season in relief for the Giants. This victory represents the Giants fifth championship since their inception in the Fall of 2006. Thanks to all for their past commitment and to future successes.
