‘Radar Takes Home MVP Trophy’

The Sharks went 12-2 in the spring season but the playoffs were much tougher this time around. Before playing the Mariners in the championship game we had a semi-final game against the San Diego Vets that proved to be a very tough game. They jumped out to leads of 6-1 and 10-6 but we battled back and were down to our last out. We got two runs in the bottom of the ninth on Steve Rader’s single to pull out a 12-11 win. In the championship game Joe Flores pitched eight strong innings and Brandon Bogges closed it out with Steve Radar getting the MVP in a 6-1 victory over the Mariners. This victory capped our quest for a three-peat. This was our third straight championship!
