Mets win in 11 innings—25 Central Division Champs!
In a game that nobody wanted to lose…it took 11 innings for the Mets to finally push across the winning run!

Credit the Hops for playing hard the whole game and never giving up!
*****Highlights*****
 *Andy Rocha throws 9 innings, 130 pitches with 9k’s and gave up only one hit!
*The seventh inning for the Hops produced two walks, two hit by pitches and their first hit of the game scoring four runs to tie the game at 5 to 5.
*Jeremy Shull’s triple with the bases loaded in the first inning produced a 3 to 0 lead.
*David Clemmon’s two relief innings, shuts the Hops down and he picks up his second win in the playoffs.
*Garet Ramos (SS) nine ground ball (6-3) put outs.
*Nick Pennington (catcher) throws out runners trying to steal in the 10th AND 11th innings.
*Tod Peloso’s bases loaded walk off winning hit in the 11th inning produces Mets first Division Title!!!
And finally…The Mets showed character, guts, determination and heart throughout the entire season winning 22 of 25 games played.
What I am MOST PROUD of tho, was the way we laid our egos and our differences aside, and came together as a TEAM toward the end of the season and finished strong thru the playoffs. I love you guys…you have become family to me. I hope the family can stay together for one more season! Tom
