The Magnolia Senior Adult Baseball League wrapped up its 2014 Spring Season when the Jackson Twins won the Magnolia Cup with an 8-6 win over the SoJac Bombers at Smith-Wills Stadium in Jackson, Mississippi. The MSABL is a 25 and over wood bat league that is based in and around the Jackson, Mississippi metro area.

It was a battle of the regular season’s top two teams in the championship game. The second seeded Twins defeated the third seeded Jackson Indians, while the regular season champion Bombers defeated the fourth seeded Madison Cubs to setup the championship match up. The regular season was full of parity between the top four teams with only a half of a game separating first place and forth place.
