Wesley Shover Goes Yard in Four Consecutive Games in Central North Carolina MSBL

In the Central North Carolina MSBL (Raleigh) recently, Wes Shover went four games in a row with a home run, including one grand slam, resulting in a comeback from a deep deficit to tie in the end.

“I’ve never gone two games in a row my entire life, but four!” exclaimed Shover. “Even I was shaking my head thinking it was not possible.”

Wes plays for the defending champion 30+ Braves.

In Wes’ most recent game, he was 3-5, including a single, a double, and a home run, and three runs scored.

“We won the league last year, which was really special.  But it seems like if there’s a moment to be proud of in the 39-year-old me, this would rank right up there.

I love playing in the league.  We have such a great group of guys, and I’m one of the many players in our league with a bit of experience. It is great to keep things alive in Baseball.”
