MSBL/MABL World Series Manager Profile: Joe Gho, Tulsa Liners
By Steve LaMontia, Director of Communications
Joe Gho is the manager of the successful MSBL World Series Tulsa Liners, one of the most successful teams found in Arizona every year and certainly one you don’t want to see filing into the opposing dugout.
Joe has been attending the World Series for an amazing 32 years and also treks to Las Vegas to play in MSBL spring tournaments with the powerhouse Las Vegas Rattlers.
We sent Joe a questionnaire and asked him to fill in a few blanks for us. He was nice enough to oblige. Here is a closer look at Joe Gho of the Tulsa Liners.

How did you become involved with MSBL? In 1991, a friend of mine, who had played in the Tulsa MSBL league the year before, asked me if I wanted to play for the Liners. How has playing in the MSBL/MABL affected your life? It has given me an opportunity to continue to play the game that I have loved my entire life. My life has always been intertwined with baseball by either playing or coaching. I am currently still playing with several teammates that I played with in college, Brad Beattie and my college roommate David Rampey. I have made many great friends and acquaintances over the years.
What are your future World Series team plans? I am hoping to continue playing and to have a team that participates in many more World Series.
