MABL/MSBL Player of the Week: Rich Pacino, Rhode Island Red Sox, Rhode Island MSBL

Rich Pacino of the Rhode Island Red Sox from the Rhode Island MSBL’s 50-over division, pitched six innings against the Colt 45’s, who had just scored 16 runs in their previous game, a 16-4 win over the defending league champion Rhode Island Salty Dogs.

Rich scattered seven hits and surrendered only two earned runs to pick up the victory in an eventual 8-7 Red Sox win. At the plate Rich was also 3-4 with two RBI, including the game winning RBI double in the eighth.
