Clay Carroll, Son of MSBL Veteran Brian Carroll, Diagnosed with Cancer; Needs Your Help
A note from David Barber, Central Arkansas Men’s Baseball League
Guys, I have some bad news. Clay Carroll, Brian Carroll’s youngest son, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 renal cell carcinoma that has metastasized to his bones. I think many of you may have played with him in the World Series Father-Son Division. Clay is 35 years old with 3-month, 2-year, 4-year and 5-year-old kids. Clay works at the Baptist Seminary in New Orleans and is a minister there. Things look pretty bad right now but you never know when a miracle might occur.
We are in Arkansas and have played in the Central Arkansas Men’s Baseball League for years. Clay played in the league in the past and has played in the Father/Son tournament while his father Brian has played in the Father/Son along with him and has participated in the MSBL World Series for at least 25 years.
One of his family’s friends has published a Go Fund Me page for them. We have provided the link below if you can contribute to help the family.
Thank you in advance.
