Dallas Rangers 9, Arizona Stallions 1

The Dallas Rangers won the MSBL 60+ Cactus Division MSBL World Series championship, finishing undefeated at 8-0-1. After advancing through a highly competitive bracket, the Rangers dominated in the playoffs with strong pitching, consistent hitting, and sharp fielding.

The Championship Game was the highlight of the tournament, as the Rangers defeated the Arizona Stallions 9-1. The first three innings were dominated by strong pitching on both sides. Finally, the Rangers’ bats woke up in the bottom of the fourth to give Ace Jerry Lehman plenty of run support.

The Stallions only managed one unearned run, as Jerry recorded a complete game with seven K’s and only two walks.  Oscar Pollorena finished the game with three hits, as Robert Moreno contributed a multi-hit day, going 2-3 with two runs scored.  Jimmy Campise was voted the Rangers’ MPV.
