Jon-Mikel Moody Inducted into 2025 class of National Semi-Professional Hall of Fame

Atlanta (GA) MABL/MSBL/EMBL Player Jon-Mikel Moody will be inducted to the 2025 class of the National Semi-Professional Hall of Fame in Indianapolis, Indiana. Moody (49) played in the now defunct Coal Belt League (National Baseball Congress League) in the mid 1990’s as an inexperienced, but talented infielder and hitter.

Moody moved to Atlanta in 2016 and currently plays in several 35-over MSBL/MABL affiliated leagues throughout the metro area. Since he arrived in Atlanta, he has continued to showcase his talent by being amongst the top leaders in 35+ MSBL/MABL wood bat homeruns (12), making several ESPN worthy catches in the outfield, and stealing home plate on pitchers with slower deliveries to home plate.

Moody is a retired United States Federal Agent and is a volunteer youth baseball coach in his community. He spends his off time with his family, including his son, who aspires to play baseball, like his dad.
