2026 MSBL Player Profile: Andrew ‘Mad Dog’ Madlinger–The Machine, Miami Valley Adult Baseball League

Andrew Madlinger represents the foundation of sustained excellence in the MVABL, serving as a cornerstone for the Machine and one of the league’s most dependable arms.
A longtime veteran, Madlinger has built an impressive résumé, compiling a 43–22 record across 86 appearances and logging nearly 500 innings with a 4.45 ERA. His ability to consistently command the strike zone stands out, totaling 337 strikeouts to just 68 walks, an elite near 5-to-1 ratio.
His defining season came in 2022, when he earned First Team All-League honors after going 12–2 over 106 innings, a league record at the time. He posted a 2.71 ERA with 86 strikeouts to just 13 walks and an incredible 14 complete games, showcasing both dominance and durability.
