2004 MSBL Lifetime Achievement: Tom Prendergast, Steve Rosenburg, Dennis Swartout

Tom Prendergast is the league president of the Kansas City MSBL and the current MSBL World Series tournament director. Steve Rosenburg was president of the Atlanta MSBL from 1992 until his death in 2006. Dennis Swartout has been the president of the SoCal MSBL since 1991 and has played or managed in every MSBL World Series.
