Top Ten MSBL Stories from 2017

By Steve LaMontia, Director of Communications

A new year is always that special time of reflection and with that comes every list imaginable, and their subsequent ‘Top Ten’ of everything from outfield catches to designer clothes. MSBL is no exception in that arena so we come to you with our ‘Top Ten Stories of 2017’.

This list was compiled from a combination of web hits, Facebook and Twitter views, as well as us just thinking they were cool stories. Though far from scientific, we hope you enjoy revisiting these compelling stories from 2017. They are in no particular order but certainly stand out among the hundreds of stories posted this past year. You can click on the titles below to be directed to the stories.

Having said that, there is one story that blew away everyone. It had amazing views and we even had national interest from baseball and news organizations. This story (below) stands alone as ‘1A’ and the next ten follow up:

“Oldest Baseball Player in the Country: Adolph Hoffman, San Antonio MSBL”
