Describe your baseball resume: Played baseball since eight years old. Played two years College, three years
Collegian league, one year local twilight league. Started playing MSBL in 1990. Played two years twilight league with nephew
about 10 years ago. Assistant manager,
manager of MSBL teams. Help put our
leagues first two Arizona series teams together in 1991, 1992. Started running own Arizona in 1994. Still bring out two teams to Arizona each
year. Our 50+ team made it to the MSBL
World Series final two years ago (Jor’els)
What is your greatest baseball moment,
either watching or playing? Greatest
thrill was when my father took me to a Yankee game when I was young. We sat in right field stands and my hero
Mickey Mantle hit a home run directly over my head.
When did you start playing for MSBL and how
did you hear about it? 1990. Steve Sigler came to Connecticut and pitched MSBL to our league
early in 1990. We then joined MSBL.
Do you still play? Yes.
What team and age bracket? League was 28+ last year, 35+ this year. Arizona World series last year was 45+ and
What is the best thing about your league? We are playing baseball and not softball.
Do you participate in any MSBL national
tournaments? Arizona World Series since
1991, Las Vegas Kick-Off Classic this year.

Who is your favorite player of all time and
why? Mickey Mantle. Grew up Yankee fan during his prime.
Are there any comments about MSBL you wish
to share? I have enjoyed being a member
of MSBL since 1990. The Arizona World
series is very well organized and a wonderful experience that I would recommend
everyone experience. Fields are
great. It’s a fantastic get-away.
