By Miguel Garcia, A’s manager  “This was the first Fall Classic win for us since 2011 and many of our team is still together. It definitely took a team effort as the A’s had to overcome a triple header playoff run because of the weather.   Willy Mizrahi started for us and went the distance, striking out six and not giving up an earned run. Our MVP, Peewee Rodriguez, had two of the hits along with two RBI. Juan Quesada added three hits and played an amazing center field, making some amazing catches early on.”
